Nederlandse Gitaar Held:Surely it would more sense to turn this into a sub forum, like TAD or Balance, with different threads concerning different problems? Otherwise, Im pretty sure a lot of these posts willnever get looked at again.

LOL..
I have thought about this many times..I would love to weed through these posts and re-orginize things into a faqs..Not sure where to start, if that's even an option..However..We have the nine most asked question thread..It's a little more condenced/orginized..

Hey, I wonder if anyone could give me a detailed description of how you make intro and ending cinematics in the scenarios. Ive figured out almost everything in the editor on my own but this i cant understand! :D Okay so ive red and learnt how to make these "Tracks" but thats it. I dont know how to use them for anything. And i dont know how to adjust the angle of the camera, to make it look like there is a man holding the camera not a chopper :P..
Then there is people talking about turning on and off cinematic mode, but where do u even find those options? Ive searched through the list under every one of those bars (for example World, Triggers, etc)...
Maybe the answer lies within these 150+ pages but i dont feel like reading them through so ill ask anyway :D

O and the 9 most common question thing mentioned above really lacked info on this subject, id say. No offence to the guy who wrote it though, it was good in the other questions :P

Thanks for posting your question..Sorry to post..I don't mess with cinematics all that much..I have found they can cause problems with your other triggers in the scenerio..However..Here's a link..This is all the info I can offer..The search function at the top of this category can help too (maybe)

If you can get a good cinematic together and it does not effect the other triggers..This is just a suggestion..Please?. Post your sequence along with step-by-step in the Nine most asked thread..It will help others who might be interested in doing this.

Thanks for posting in this thread!
There is no magical button to click on and (bing!) you're in a deathmatch scenerio..That can only happen with a random map..A scenerio is a totally different concept..When it comes to designing and playing.
When you create a scenerio..You set triggers to create the conditions that make the scenerio come to life and how you want it to do so..The same holds true for a deathmatch scenerio..You would need to set triggers that creates that type of scenerio..Two effects that come to mind..Set tech status and player setage..There are more that will be needed but that is all up to you and experimenting, to come up with what you're after..There is just way too much info to cover in just a single post..To find out how to set triggers and use them..The Heavengames\ wiki (The link is all over this thread.Try page 1)..It is the best place to start.. Then having a good idea of how the deathmatch should be and you're ready to start creating triggers..When questions come up..Feel free to post them in either of the pinned scenerio design threads..We'll do our best to help if we can!
