Is there a way to launch it without the intro videos?

Maybe a command-line switch or something?

Exit the game, then create a user.cfg file with the line +nointrocinematics in your My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Startup folder and try restarting the game...

--- To do this: Simply open Notepad, add the text +nointrocinematics and save with a cfg extension (user.cfg)

Then place the user.cfg file in your My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Startup folder

hey i just tried that^^^^ it didnt seem to work maybe it will if i rebooted my computer???

No need, right click the exe and under target make it say: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\Age3.exe" +noIntroCinematics
instead of:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\Age3.exe"
