    you have to go to age IVthen you can revolt and send shipments but i wouldn't say it's unlimited the easiest civ to do that with would be spainish they get faster shipments

    lol it is kind of funny.  revolting sounds so cool at first and everyone who doesnt have TWC thinks it is soooo cool and soooo great.  but its not.  it really does nothing for you besides give a temporary boost to your military.  this may seem ok in deathmatch, but since it isnt an option there is ZERO point to it.  you cant collect any more res (besides from cards that send it continuously to your res bank) and colonial militia arent very good.  gatling cannons arent that great.  forts are only good for so long.  iron clads are very good, but slow and only on water maps.

    It would be great if they could tweak the revolution..More guys would concider it..Still having your settlers after revolution would help!

    You can actually get 16 rebuildable forts (with russia), but you can still ship some more. Ive done this on single player with the cheat "speed always wins" just to see how it worked.

    SO do factories and banks, so you can have resources just they come really slowly in comparison. If you could keep your eco then everyone would choose to revolt becuase you get the many forts and can still pump out men. I think when you revolt you should get a supply of resources, like reserve ones. That way if you save up a bunch of resources then revolt you can still fight. It is true that revolting is an art and I only do it if I think I am absolutely dead and just want to hide out or have one last amazing stand. Other than that it is pretty useless.

    I am pretty sure if you keep shiping the fort wagon card you will still be able to build forts but I guess I have never tried it. I only ever got to 3 before being wiped out...
