    Thanks for bringing back the dead.....

    It's that outpost card that alouds 6 extra outposts bring it to a total of 13.

    Every civ has that card the french don't have 13 outposts they have 7 without the card but i dounno how that get's you 13 forts.

    For revolution you can have unlimited forts because it says shipment of fort add +1 fort limit
    -Why not use the Dutch. They can have 10 banks.

    A noob I was playing with (see http://forum.agecommunity.com/forums/thread/650324.aspx ) built 11 forts after revolting
    Pixelpts aren't $$$$. Play a real civ or start wearing your fireman suit, nubs.
