The "support" provided by this company is pathetic.  I havent been able to log into ESO for over 5 months, and any time I try to get in contact with somebody from the company I am told the new patch will address this issue.  Guess what, I have been told to wait for a fix in a patch for the last 5 months.  This is total BS and as far as I am concerned it is borderline fraud.  I bought a game so that I could play it online, and then came to find out that multiplayer is essentially not an option.  There is no way in hell I am getting the second expansion pack, I would get more entertainment value from burning the cash.

man i agree 100%. How stupid is it that we buy a game that we cant even enjoy. If you ask me ES should stop focusing on a new expansion when the current game has enough problems.

Most ES members do not read the PM's from the forum. But I will let Particle know you sent him a message.

He dont ever answered me :(, could you please ask him about which other commands i can include on user.cfg file besides hideParticles=true that would improve performance? Big thanks in advance.

Hello all, 

Our patch is out at long last!  This includes the changes we made to help alleviate the error ending in -2147467259.  If anyone who was seeing this error message is still having problems logging on, please reply back and let us know what error you are encountering.  I am hopeful that this will clear most of the issues up.

ps to Gaf:  I replied to your PM about three weeks ago.  Go to your 'Inbox' and open the thread you started (subject: user.cfg).  PM me again if you have trouble finding it.

Hi,

I have upgraded the game to version 1.12 and I still get this error "ESO does not support your game version".

I also sometimes get this error message "Failed to connect to ESO"

This proves that this last update did not solve anything at all, I really can't believe such an error would get Microsoft so confused!!

I have received several messages from users that were experiencing the -2147467259 error, whom after patching are now able to connect.  I would suggest if you still encounter this error, to try once again to re-install.

• Uninstall
• Reboot
• clear temp files
• verify registry entries are removed
• Make sure you are logged into windows with an admin account
• Install the game, download and install the latest stand alone patch
• Try to connect
• If you fail run the File checker once again and verify all the files are updated.

hello i write to you to say that cilas account cant be banished because he never cheated i hope that this error will be repaired (2 TIMES BANNED) there are players hate me because i called them nooobasher )and that cilas can play on this own account again because it's his only purpose in life I DONT CHEAT  !!!!
