Ok this time a other topic, all those topics about french blabla
anyway i see almost no one using Sioux, becus they cant wall up? But your partner can do that. I have played one time with a partner he was sioux, he made like 600 horses and killed French 1200 units, only problem is sioux army cost much wood but i just want to have your opinion guys.. I think they are pretty good
what do you think of sioux ?

I admit i tried them in treaty in some comp stomp to lv up hc only while used sometimes in dm against human.
I think they suffer bad eco,no agrarian way,firepit costs vills like aztecs they have firepit units that it's indecent if you see training time.
Anyway talking about military they have less weak points than aztecs in my opinion.

Wait, I just realised, Sioux don't get any Cav. that takes up 1 Pop., I reckon they should, so to be able to rely more Heavily on Cav.
As for Sioux themselves, I don't particually Like them, becaue, well they don't get walls, they are an Awful late-Game Civ., they have a pretty Standard Eco., and 2/3 Units counter Cav anyway, so, event thought ES makes them out to be a Super-Heavily Cavalry oriented Civ, they still require their Infantry as much as any other Civ.
But those are just my thought, I've only played with them Twice I think, so I can't really comment.

The sioux are amazing with a partner and ok alone; they actually have a good chance vs russia. There first attack is made up of legendary dog soldiers and the warchief. These guys on burn dance with all there cards do 332 siege. Now, to do the first attack, you get 34 dog soldiers (delete 3 vils and build 1 warclub), and then order the shipment of 4 dogs with the 15% speed increase. Now when your at 211 pop, order the "sioux dog soldiers" at the tc. DONT ORDER IT BEFORE, Only when you are over populated. You should have 48 dog soldiers + 1 warchief for your first attack.
Cards you need:
-Battlefield construction.
-Cavalry hitpoints and cavalry attack and cavalry combat.
-Onikare shipment.
-cavalry training speed.
-nakota support(dog soldiers), two kettle support(wakina rifles), yakton support(Rifle riders), santee support(or council)(axe riders). I might be forgetting one.
-3 vils is always good.
-new ways shipment
-furriur, skilled hunter, the other huntables card(cant remember name), the gold mining card, and the food silos card.
-exotic hardwoods, and maybe the other sioux wood-cutting card(cant remember its name).
-mustangs (10% cheaper cavalry, its like 40% gather rate on all recources when you build cav.)
-improved buildings.
-warchief aura card called "command skill".
-nomadic expansion.
-friendly territory.
-18 comanche vs french and russians, or 22 cree vs iro and infantry based civs.

There are 2 more cards i cannot think of, I dont have much time to tell you these things; otherwise i would probably tell you a good strat with them. That is why you have 18 comanche. This is a problem when they camp 5 morters outside your base. That only happens on non-HM games.
O, i meant to talk about an nr40 with sioux; not 45 not 35. Gives them to much time to wall.
Well, The sioux do have a very hard time vs germany. This was supposed to be on andes.
