I still have one question. I keep making sockets for trading posts, but in the game I can't build them. It won't let me. Is this a glitch? Is there a patch I can download to fix it?

 It´s not a glitch, it´s just a bit complicated at times. First of all there is a difference between native and trade route sockets, and you didnt say if you were doing scenario editing or RMSing.

 Now for natives its not enough to place sockets, you need to add the native civs you have sockets for in the native american manager (check their boxes) or add them via rms code. Trade route sockets in the editor should automatically dock to routes, and you can do it via rms script but I cant write the whole process down here.

My guess is you didnt check the native civs in the editor but just placed the sockets.

I did not wrote the AOE3 tutorial for improved RM scriptings for all features within the AOE3 game - only for the basics, and also not for the AOE3-TCW, since I do not have the time for it, currently. The basics are still fine, though!<
Any other suggestions? Please write it into my forum.

Well, as you might know, I currently work with high pressure to finish the voice actings for the AOM-TT movie - THE CORRUPTOR! We already have casted 24 great voice actors and actresses for it, some of them are semi-professionells, NO JOKE! ;)

So, I currently spend MOST of my sparetime to that project, maybe later to AOE3 ...
