    GeneralN20:

I think the lot of you is right. I think I can add Sweden into my suggestion.

YET, I don't know which one might be better:

    Sweden

     or

    Denmark (With Norway).

I think the Danish also claimed Greenland (Which is technically in America). Surprise

Well, neither Denmark or Sweden were particularly active in the new world, but the Danish did claim Greenland, and, Greenland still is a Danish possession.

About African civs, perhaps, aswell as the Zulu, you should add another civ. Not a civ that everyone relates to Africa like Egypt or Morocco, but a civ like the Ashanti, or Bornu. These were both major powers in their respective regions, and were around during the colonisation of Africa.

The reason as to why I only added one African civilization was due to that the majority of the African civilizations were not capable to even sustain much of the power of the Europeans. Even the Native Americans had more of a chance against the Europeans.

The Zulu to me were the most active and whatnot, hence why I added them.

Egypt was under English influence, and changed sides every so-often only for the benefit of the Europeans. The Ottomans, if I remember well, also constantly laid claim to Egypt. So Egypt as a civilization is out of the question.

Morocco was mainly controlled by the Spanish and French, so they're out of the question too.

I think I have enough information to edit the main post. [Check in a bit to see the changes.]

I doubt a z pack too, but I'd really like the civs they didn't include in AOE3 and TWC. Inca/Sweden/Italy.

I could go on for ages about how an Inca civ could function, but I would want them to be a combination of Euro/Native. I also thought of making their hero more economic than about warfare, kinda like the Pharoah in AOM.

Also rather than getting gunpowder/cav in the late game, they should be able to hire mercs from Europe like a saloon who are in it for getting money. Maybe the same building could have techs that offer the Inca their own actual gunpowder and cav units

Nice to see you again Peachrocks. Big Smile

I like your ideas. I'll put them in the Inca section of the first posts. Surprise

The Ashanti are in. I also "elaborated" on the African minor tribes.

I did say not Egypt or Morocco. You see, most people seem to suggest these countries when talking about an African expansion, because those are the sort of countries people associate with Africa, despite them not being major powers during the Age 3 time scale.

Nice to see you've added the Ashanti though.

Lol. Yes, another X-pack is probably very far-out.

Paragon did say the idea could work in another X-pack, but seeing as how things are going, they probably won't make another X-pack.

Yet, if the new X-pack were to come out, they could implement various of the things in here.

    Per say:
    • Inca: Use European and Native American structures.
    • Italy: Use the European structures.
    • Austria: Use European and Asian structures.
    • Sweden and Norway: Use European structures.

The only new things they'd be actually making:

    • Ashanti.
    • Zulu.
    • African maps and Natives.
    • An Inca replacement tribe and an Oceanian map w/ tribe.

The "new" concept of the revolution could itself be a whole new X-pack, and it is a little too far-off to be made. Maybe when ES makes a re-make of AoE III all of these things will be changed, but heck, that will be in about 20 or 30 years (I'll probably still buy the game, though). Stick out tongue

There was no Austria back then, it was called Austria-Hungary (Germans chief ally).
