Personally, this is coming from an rmser, i think they should have ,like the prevously said people.(only big civs)

13 colonies (mainly cuz the didnt tackle the new world all that well in the camp.)
i like the 13 colonies a lot along with slaves being used.

gather rate can be 1.5 and max pop can be 20, each costing 250gold and they train in groups from the docks or they can create some kind of auction house/slave house.(kinduv like the consulate in ad civs)
i think just the 13 colonies alone would be a good idea maybe adding mexico would be ok but thats their decision.
all i know is the camp. would be really easy to make for the 13 colonies aome other ideas would be.
-they start off as there name "New England" and they don't go to age 5 they have to revolt"declaration of independance" and name changes to US
-barracks train colonial militia along with american musketeer
-barracks also have ability to send out minute men
+-card that allows US to send for heros(like the jap. civ) maybe george washington or something along that line.
+card that allows build limit up 1 for factories.
