    Subject: i just astarted playing AoE again and...
    was wondering, why cant TAD play with TWC and vannila, i coulda sworn ES said they were ganna make it happen

    TAD can play with TWC and Vanilla.

     If you have TAD but not TWC, most people check the "allow TWC content" which excludes people who don't have TWC from joining their games.  That makes it a bit harder to find some games.

    if u know the host of a game, ask him to allow non twc civs, but u should get both for a full experience.

    When you open the game, click "Multiplayer," and then "ES Online."
