    4. Make win.


    Because you're new, can you please be more specific next time? What Civ? What game type? What map?

    I personally think that a rush can be extremely effective, yet that may just be of my strong dislike of FF'ing or Treaty Games, so really what else does that leave...??

    Rushing is the best strategy.

    The tactics employed to execute a successful rush vary from civ to civ. 

    The reason I think rushing is the best, and by best I mean most effective is because even if the rush fails to annihilate in most cases you still have a fighting chance even after initial failure.

    Personally I hate rushing. But its been my experience that its the most effective strat.

    it really depends on what civ you're playing like the dutch are not the greatest rushers (though some would argue like iamgrunt), you would only rush with dutch if you have a lot of experience with.  With dutch you would usually want to go with an FF

    It depends on the game and what civ you are and what civ your opponent is playing

    Best strategy is how well you defend you city/ies while on offensive to destroy your enemy/s.
