Lol, Ivans actually wrong. U can micro with a monitor anyway by
using exclusively the long range attack whilst out of the toher ships's
LOS, then just get out of the way until it recharges. Although ud have
to have spies to make sure that ur not going the right way...
And a Needle Gunner would beat the Horse Archer
LOL, that quote qas so funny... IMO, if the frigate havent got enough LOS to see the monitor, dont you think that the same happenes to the monitor? How would the monitor, know wheres the frigate... Oh and also, a frigate is much faster than a monitor.

Nope, it wouldnt unless it was upgraded in some shape or form...
Arrow Knight, maybe... seriously those things have 30 range so micro isnt an issue.
