What's a Deathmatch?

I keep seeing them but I don't have a "Deathmatch" account.

I'm pretty sure this is my final newb post.

lol I answered all your other questions, so why not this one

deathmatch is where everyone starts out in post-industrial age with 20,000 of each resource

basically you quickly get all your house and factories then see who has the best military

Dang, that sounds awesome.  I got to try that!

 Then, why do you have to have a Civ especially devoted to it?  That way you have no special Cards?

No u dont but it works best when u do... 

you'll only get PR (rating) when you play in pst ind.

as for "What's a DM?"

as stated before you get 20,000 of each res.

you make military as soon as possible, and attack the enemy.

who ever has best management of their units, along with management of the economy, wins.

DM is really on active in Age3, TAD DM is virtually non-existent.  

Even in Age3, games are few and far between averaging 20-30% the games available on the game browser.

As for DM Account,

The only thing needed to be done is, create a Home City, and under Supremacy, Hit DeathMatch.

tiz all.

 You will start with normal lvl 10 HC, and can gain levels through the gain of XP.

(XP Tends to gain quicker in DM as their is more action and killing etc...)

Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Under supremacy there is no option for deathmatch.  It is either disabled or just isn't there.  What gives? 

OMG when you create a home city there comes out an option:
Supremacy or Death Match, just select the one you want. It automatically starts out in supremacy so most Home Cities are created to supremacy.
