iono MrMilo,I tried this out 3 times, each time i could only get to the fortress at 11 mins...you get pretty badly rushed by then, until unless you are playing with a noob...
I hope theres some way to make that faster, im still working on it...

kingofcurry (nice name btw), I suggest you record one of the games when you try this and then watch it. As you see in the video, you should be able to get to Fortress by about 7:15. Try to figure out where your inefficiencies are (idle villagers, gathering too much of one resource, shipping the wrong cards, etc.) and try to correct them. =)

I noticed something. The VOD is a rec. Something that you might do, is VOD your actual gameplay, then add the commentary afterwards. It shouldn't be too hard to do, with a program like Windows Movie Maker, you could easily add the commentary. That way we could see what you're looking, if you're using hotkeys, mouse movements...

But the strat is good, and the market idea is still brilliant. Is it possible to send the advanced market card so as to keep wood buying more efficient longer? It might slow you down though... Also, sending Ruyters might also be a good first fortress shipment, it would help greatly in case you run into Cav. Especially Mames, because they can take down a large group of skirms.

but you haven't asnwer my question! If your being rush by 20 strelets and 5 cossacks while you still in Age II then what are you going to do?
or better yet 50 strelets attack your 18 skirms then 30 more strelets join after a few mins.
I wonder if dutch are good at water map since you can buy wood with gold and use it for ships.

Like a few minute men and a TC are going to stop My Russian Rush. Your going to need way more then that to stop me.
I'm going to explain this. Most of his military comes in fortress age. If he being rush in Age II then he will be force to make troops therefor delaying his fast fortress. If somebody rush him hard enough to stop him from reaching Age III then it's gg.

Legend_Hero: Thats why you ship colonial militia if your being rushed hard.
Like a dozen min men will save you from beening rush. When those min men come out. Run, wait until their hp go below 50% then kill them.
