    They made the flail elephant even worse how stupid! but on the other hand it was a pretty bad unit in the first place. and the mispelled flailelephant.

    Please explain how you decided that the Flail Elephant changes were a nerf to the unit.

    Howdah

    • All ranged attacks’ damage reduced to 60.00 (down from 75.00).
    • All ranged and hand attacks’ multiplier against Abstract Heavy Cavalry increased to x2.75 (up from x2.25).
    • All ranged and hand attacks’ multiplier against Abstract Artillery increased to x2.25 (up from x1.75).

    Why can't u people leave the howdah alone. I think I am going to give UPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

    About the flail elephant it says that it's attack has been reduced from 14 to 5. It also gives no altertations to bonuses against inf if this were to be the case - I'm not sure if this is a mistake?

    Anways a quick look through and yeah I'm happy with nearly most of it. Dissapointed just a teeny bit with some of the card nerfs such as the spain 5 lancers for example and the ottos slik road. I know they are clearly quite good which is why they are nerfed but each civ has like one or two of these and I think it's a shame to take away these 'classics' if you will. 5 Lancer FF etc.  Oh and also as an edit here the same goes with the cassadore. You've kind of taken away the 'uniqueness' that makes it a cass. If it could be modded in another way that would be good.

    Also another point - is it me or did iroqouis bet mega nerfed?

    Again having said that though and looked at the whopping list of positive changes you've made - well done guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Exactly, flail elephants suck.. who would use them in your right mind unless the enemy has no army at all.Howdah, a unit that cost 250 food 350 gold and cost what, 7 pop now are pretty much strictly anti cav/anti artillery, of which you can only have at most 5 units at a time unless you're post imperial or your opp hasn't attacked you the first 30 mins or you want to toast your econ and have a very small army.

    Also with the flail elephant by reducing it's RR from 0.75 to 0.5 you've doubled the dmage that ranged units inflict on it where as it's hp has only gone up 125 which is only over half. This seems to go against the counter system ?

    NOOOOOOOO! DONT NERF SILK ROAD! The mosque thing is interesting, but how about only nerfing silk road to 20%? 25 maybe?

    I like the aztec and india fixes though. The Uhlans are now sounding like op raiders now, with 37 attack and 6.75 speed, they will be opris in age 2.

    The ranged infantry nerf is good, but Spain's nerf is not needed. They are fine. Cuirssers should be given colonial stats, as some have suggested.

    Iroquois are fine the way they are. I think the British need something a bit better, but not sure what. Xbow are now good, and maces will be useful.

     The otto chagnes are strange, the techs dont have enuf effect for me. But no more free trading post? WTF? Not needed. For cassadors i suggest just give ing them 3.0 rof and 16 base attack. They will be fine. Souix got hit mildly.

    The aztec poli change is interesting. The free war hut could make them a semi turtle civ (Which i think es wanted them to be but it never caught on). But the big buttons is not fair. They are pretty much only tghing the aztecs got.

    China is good except for one thing. The keshiks need more then 10+ health. That isnt even another skirmisher shot.

    The howdahs are inttersting. They dont need a nerf IMO.

    So thats my rant. Agree or disagree, this is the game i want.
