Wich are the most powerful rush civs and what strat should u be using with them=

Ottos are very strong rushers, a Janissary and Abus Gun combo well microed can defeat most any other Colonial Age army.

1. Definetly Ottomans, free vills + good units at colonial makes a deadly rush...

2. Indians, Agra fort rush of sepoys+gurhkas is really deadly.

3. Sioux, free pop for making army+good cards+good explorer+good army+good raid civ+fasta ge up polotician=deadly at rushing

4. Aztecs, the famous jag+prowler+puma rush... Whoever heard this knows that this civ got an increidble rush...

5. Iroquois, travoises do great help, also the war cihief aura is pretty good+good BB of tommahawks.

6. Russians, very cheap infantry and 1 pop cavalry+cheap strelets.

7. Chinese, though their rush isnt so good, a better option is to FF...

8. Spain, faster shipment obtaining do great help, also good rush with pikes+rods (sounds stupid to rush with pure HI, but actually it can be really deadly...)

9. Germany, free uhlans per shipment do great help...

10. Japanese

11. France.

12. Ports 

13. Dutch.

14. British.

The most powerfull civ 2 rush is aztek,

they can gather ressources quicker than any civ. and they have the fast aging,

if u then build barracks behind ur ennemy,they become really hard to beat!

#1 russia has strlet.... strelet have no attack or hp but they cost so little and if you have the right deck they can be unbeatable...

#2 russian calvary owns... cossacks are like strelet and have low attack and hp but are cheap and cost very little

#3 russia can spam.... the strelet strange is an ownage stradgy it requiers the TWO speed production cards for inf

#1 well otto definety have a very good musketeer and they are cheap to there civ but they have no cheap skirmshers abus guns cost to much to stop a good rusher... even enough strelet can stop them..

#2 but to make up for that they have very good art and can age very fast to get it.

Personally, I would recommend the Sioux. Firstly, they get 200 pop cap right away, saving more wood. War Huts work like Blockhouses, but train regular quality units. They also have lots of age advance options, which makes them more versatile, and war clubs are especially good against a Discovery Age enemy; they can raid settlers with plenty of speed and can do decent siege damage as well. Cetan bows are also very good, letting u go down the light infantry rushes as well. And do I need to mention the cavalry? If u keep most of ur settlers on food and about 5 or 6 on wood, u can easily train cavalry without even having to gather coin, which is very handy.

Actually, Obus guns even being more expensive than skirmishers they are better (40 attack of 1 obus vs 15 attack of 1 skirmisher), also remember that ottomans got free vills, and that russians infantry needs pop, if you paly real rush 1vs1s games, you will see that India and ottomans god the best rush...
