ok first thing is first. ONLY FF AGAISNT CIVS THAT U KNO WILL FF AS WELL (this is true for all of indias opponents :::: except brits u should ff vs. them::::)
anyway, i assume u age with the agra fort? ok, only age with agra if ur doin a turtle, rush, or a colonial boom (cause u need a defense force). anyway u dont wanna do this 4 a ff. here is my BO for a indian ff
ull want these cards in ur dek...
1. 600 coin
2. 700 food
3. 7 urumi
4. TEAM 5 urumi
5. 3 Mahout Lancers
6. 2 Siege Elephants
u can add other cards if u wish but these r the ones that will make u get there fast and have a solid military wen u get there.
ok here goes:
1. put two vills on wood and taks other 3 to gather all wood crates then move them to wood.
2. set TC gather point to nearest wood and get ur first villy there.
3. ur next villy will gather all food crates then go gather food. continue to make vills and houses wen neccesary and set the rest of ur vills to food (six should remain on wood for a good flow of wood)
4. wen u have 800 food u wanna age with the Taj Mahal for the 500 coin (u can put 8 vills on this is if u wish because it wont matter with the food u will be getting in age two, altho if u put 4 on it u will have lots of food for your age three shipments.)
NOTE: u will have ur first shipment redy by now but dont use it. u must save it for this ff to be fast.
5. As soon as u reach 2nd age u wanna send 600 coin followed by 700 food (u will have ur 2nd shipment redy by now)
6. continue making vills and putting em on food until ur can age then age with the Karni Mata if ur low on res. or the Charminar Gates if u wanna have more attackers.
7. wen u age u wanna get 2 barracks up (if u cant get 2 get one and then try to save up for another). ull wanna switch 10 vills to gold and gather that so u can make more troops.
8. ur age 3 shipments will be shipped in this order:
3 mahout
THEN
7 urumi
THEN
2 siege eles
THEN
watever u want
this will ensure u have a great eco and an even better military.
9. make troops depending on ur opponent. if hes making lots of heavy inf. get gurkha or more urumi. if hes goin cav (which he'd be very stupid to do vs. india in the early ages) then go sepoy. scout well and GL.
NOTES:
-ull wanna try to scout lots and get as many food treasures as u can in age 1. this way u can age faster and get a boost.
-do not do an ff vs. a heavily rushing civ. while it may seem effective, it will not be as they will eventually get the hold of u and ff themselves putting u in a world of hurt.
the great thing about india is that they are not loppsided like the brits or dutch. they can rush or ff and still be good. the dutch and brits can only really do one thing to be useful in 1v1's and if they do anything else they will most likely die.
