Ok so i joined a game on orinoco (of all maps) and the game was for NR 50 (of all NR games) anyways, it was hosted by Archiles_Troja, a captain.  He was france and his teammates were ottos and ports, i was india and my teammates were sioux and france.  Anyways, NR 50 is such a long time to wait, but we waited any ways, we made a ton of walls and upgraded everything and all on my team got spies, but they didnt.  Well 5o NR came up and we attacked and for some reason they were not ready...lol.  By the time they got ready my sioux teammate was inside thier 10 walls and killing thier eco badly...i was taking care of the otto and pushing in agressively and FB with my sepoys while my france teammate took care of the port...well wouldnt you know it that by the time i reach thier last wall, the game begins to lag.  The otto on their team quits and then the port on their team quits...but game still lags....That stupid captain made the game lag on purpose.  The sioux player on my team was telling me that he can do that by adjusting the graphics back and forth for the game to make the game come to a stand still....WTF is up with that.  After 30 min of waiting he lets it play for 2 sec to see if anyone quit then he did it again, and again for another 5 min and made it lag again....I was so damn pissed off...why cant people with higher ranks take a loss like a man and not a little fukn girl....so if u see this guy (ARCHILES_TROJA) Pest him or dont play against him.  Dont bother telling me to send screen shots to age abuse or tell eso about this, they never do anything so its pointless to even try...eventually he pulled the plug when he relized we were not gonna quit...so oh well.  Some times things like this are retarted to put in the game...wish they could fix things like this so people wouldnt cheat.

man i feel your suffering it happens to me everyday, but waiting 50 mins to get dropped lol I would be so pissed..... one thing that can help you with dropping is recording everygame you play.... well GL and start playing rush games that way you dont have to wait 50 min to get dropped. Unfortunally ES doesnt seem to care about the dropping problem I was hoping they would mention something on the patch but nothing. Gl this post is getting deleted or closed as soon as a mod gets in..... cya

 yeah i hate this, but what actually happens when somebody lags out? like is the game still counted or is it no longer rated? what happens? coz i lagged out against ma friend coz he was cheating and my rank went down and so did my % but his rank didnt go up but his % did. Is this what usually happens? also does it make a difference if you drop or wait untill the timer goes down. please tell me i really want to know.

 and yeah man that really sucks, i have to agree tho, captains ++ are so worried about their ranks they like dont play fair ever. I mean alot do but alot also play like the guy you mentioned, who i will be pesting btw :)

when they lagg out is better to drop them right away... and its against the rules to discuss this on the forums so i sugguest that you guys play clean games, record and take screenshots and send it to ES. they may not do anything when you send it but im sure if alot of people compaint about the same guy ES will ban him.

doubt full, very doubt full....been there and done that to many cheaters and they are still online.  They wont and will not do anything, all they really care about is how many buy their game .  As far as dropping him goes, perhaps you didnt read my message, he made it lag by turning his graphics from high to low, no name ever appeared and game was at a stand still for 30 min till he stopped for about 2 min just to see if we were still there or if we quit, when he noticed we didnt quit, he did it again and again till about 1 hr passed and realized we were not going to quit, so he decided to pull the plug instead.  We believe it was going to be a clean game, as we believe all games we join are going to be clean...and i wasnt the host so i couldnt record it...i took screen shots, but alot of good that will do since ES never does anything about these guys....seems ES is in the background doing what the storm trooper is doing...lol.

I dont know if the graphic laggs its true because it doesnt have anything to do with you, he may change it but it will affect his game not yours because he wont be changing your settings. Also AOE has standar graphics you dont even have to get a good video card to play AOE, the games I have been frozen I cant even press resing i have to go a kill AOE from task manager, the times that the game usually lags is when interent conection is failing, so I dont think changing graphic setting will lagg the game.

Yeah i know how you feel , when i get dropped i feel like kicking some ass...i remember one time we had a 4v4 on andes and we got moats, great game they blocked us in and kept walling and we kept defending and their ecos ran out so we started pushing forward and had growing eco while theirs were dieing...so after about 2  1/2 hours of playing 3 of the 4 guys dropped out...i was so pissed off i dont think i played for a while after that lol

That's actually the main reason I only play rush games. Maybe it's because I'm at work half the day most days, but when someone wastes hours of my day just because they can't take a loss in a video game, well...well I won't be happy, let me say that.

I played against him as well lol, Me and my team mates were ready in another nr 50 game, he asked for 5 more mins cuz his team mate needs more time. My team just ignored him since we waited 10 extra mins already and attacked them. They did not get ready as well LOL and We were in their base in 1 min, then archilles pulled his plug and pested me lol.

I looked at a certain persons elorating he has a streak of 139 wins in a row with india and every treaty game was against the same player and what a surprise they lasted between 2 and 3 mins. There is a word for that isnt there?
