i can give u a general lay out of what i do in nr. i ussually age up to age 2 with 17 vills then try to get to fortress as fast as possible by the time u hit fortress u should strart making sws with vills. then i try to max out on sws and many vills go to age 4 get eco upgrades and go to age 5 then start walling and uprading units. heres my settler lay out (sws=2 settlers)
Age 1:all vills to food hit age up as soon sa u get 17 vills build 1-2 houses with start wood
transition: about 6-7 vills on coin (use 400 wood politician)
Age2: build 1-2 houses on needs and a maket reearch what u can send way point to food and shift about a totla of 8 on coin and contiue food untill u hit start for age3
Transition:all vills to wood build build more houses as needed(fast age up poli)
age3: build 2 farms(not before land grab)for sws and build 2 tcs when available all vills 2 wood have about 4-5 on coin about 13-15 on food and rest on wood. set way points to what u needage to 4 when possible
transition: (use 1000 coin poli) vills are up to you i ussualy build my plants and famrs in this time so i get more shipments.
age4: distribute vills where need
trans:use 2000 coin poli
age5:research all techs (coin wood food an dmaybe population upgrades) i ussually keep 35 vills on wood and distibute food and coin where need (more on coin since germans are coin heavy)

then from here on out its your choice I like to send fencing school last since my inf will train faster and russian are a great ally in my opinion since they make ur dopples train almost instantly
