This is quite sad, I rarely see DM games in aoe3, people arent interested in DM anymore, People that are ranked captains in DM sometimes need to join games hosted by conscripts that in title say "noobs only" so they can finally play a game, because 1 hour passed and no one joined any game hosted by them (this happens to me frequently when I want to play DM).

I wonder what happened with the DM community, also, why are there captains that play treaty, treaty is meant for noobs that are learning how to play this game. Not for high ranked people. They should play DM better, since treaty is basically like DM, only difference its that a treaty game can finish in 6 hours, and a DM game in 10 minutes...

Since only thing people do in treaty its use french, send fur trade, and then instantly spam super OP gendarmes. And build 50 layers of walls. Making game endless...

The only bad thing about DM is the 2 min resign rule, since most DM rushes are done before 2nd minute.

But ES dont wants to modify that for DM, because this game is done to balance supremacy, not DM.

I wonder what happened with the DM community, in vanilla, there are like 10 DM games, in The asian dynasties, just 1... 

i hate deathmatch games, personally...its just mass fighting (which is fun) but when u run outta resources you're like oh ****! and you get bored

rofl, its not my fault that you dont create villagers or dont get factories.

But I think its more boring to get economy for 40 minutes and fight for 5 hours how it is in a treaty game...

I just started to play DM now, I am a treaty player and I got on DM pretty well atm. It is a pain to find any dm games. I can see it is very easy to rank up and lots of them are treaty players. DM is slightly different to Treaty becuz you will most likely run out of 1 or 2 resources in early stages of fighting (if there is 1), If you lose too many units you basically lose the game, but in treaty you dont you still have the eco to rebuild more units. I dont see sup players like dm more than treaty players.

Yep, DM is hard, you always run out of resources too fast, but if you dont waste em at start to make units, you lose. Also you cant defend, because if you are pressured, you cant get a well economy, since the battle is in your town, and opponent can kill oyur vills. While your opponent can get an eco, and then win game, its pretty much hard.

Thats what makes it very fun :D.

DM? i never really played........i really like SUP........

DM is my favourite form of the game at the moment, it has more.. action.. than sup/treaty, it really is worth playing

Lol when I first played DM (a day after I first played AoE) I kept sending the 10 Rodeleros shipment....

Lol yea there is no DM I play on TAD. I used to play treaty but I have a busier schedule now and don't have time to waste an hour and a half so I switched to DM and I am quite happy with it except for the fact that there are no games. I suppose i could play nilla but then the expansions I bought would be a waste of money and i hate wasting money so I suppose I will just suffer trying to find a game but it is ridiculous the problem I had with treaty was it took so long for a game and now with DM I takes so long to find one.

dm is pretty active now on nilla
