rico, the questions are supposed to be like this:

Which is better AGAINST AN (insert unit name here), an x or an y?

skirm if he has range. If there is no range than the pikeman.

actually, still if there was no range still the skirm would better, actually, a skirm is better in meele against a siege elephant than a pikeman, just because skirmishers got a x2.0 of bonus to light cav, and siege elephant is a light cav unit, however its not a cavalry unit, and the bonus pikes got vs cavalry dont affect it.

Also you forgotten to ask question.

Samurai, I think.. I read that it has a hidden bonus vs elephants..

Dragoon, Rocket kills it faster but Hussar will use melee.
