Its the banks which make containing their eco unrealistically difficult.

Civ balance I find decent, no need for a bloody OP poll. It just creates a reason for people to whine.

what have this patch changed so much to make some civ get OP?

read patch notes and I think that the answer will be pretty obvius, japanese were already an overall too good civ, as almost every civ else got indirectly or directly nerfed, they are now an OP civ.

People always thought, that India was an uber UP civ (the UPest), but it was really a fine civ, just a very hard one, but it got an incredible rush, and a late game that is even better, and with a such a little boost, its now considered OP.
 

In my opinion:

1) Japan

2) France

3) Dutch

4) India

5) Aztec

How the hell r Iros OP, even after the patch which boosts Kanyas, Aennas and Tomas? Even if they are, they feature in too few games for them to be a serious problem. Heres my revised list...

1. Russians
2. Aztecs
3. Japanese
4. British (Hence I play them)
5. Sioux

I guess this thread is dying so fast because people just post once here, and almost never discuss...

The only thing that I cant understand, its then why a thread that is named vote for your fav civ that was done in TWC forum got 14 pages...
