    Subject: Campaign Comment

    i was playing this campaign where there was an enemy base with lots of settlers. Whenever i killed all the settlers, (about 20-30)  i run away with my cav raiders.

    BUT all the settlers spawn back...y?

    Well, if you are moving your cav out of the area after you kill them, he must have enough resources to remake the villies. That, or it's just a limitation on the campaign.
