Which would win, 5 Urumi Swordsmen (Fortress Age) or 6 Veteran Grenadiers, 12 range apart at the start of the battle?
I would say the Urumis on first sight, but they deal ranged damage and the grenadier have got ranged resist. But then again, the Grenadiers hand attack is weak and doesnt have splash damage, so it could go either way.
But personally, I would say the Urumis win because of their faster ROF

If the redcoats were spread out (e.g. in stagger formation) then cuirs lose, if redcoats are tightly bunched then I think cuirs win, their area of effect damage having maximum effect under that circumstance....
