Subject: "Someone in the game had an invalid cd key" error!!!

I have a huge problem: two weeks ago my ISP moved to a new IP class (78.97.xxx.xxx) and since then I cannot play AoM on ESO at all. I log on to ESO, join games, but on the "Launching game" screen I time out every time. Either the other player(s) close the game with alt+f4, or, after 5 minutes of waiting, I get a "Someone in the game had an invalid cd key" error.

Before the ISP changed the IP class I never got this error, and my copy is genuine. I moved the computer to a friend and had no problem playing the game from his IP. (86 class)  So, what cand I do to be able to play AoM again?

I wish I could offer you a suggestion.  The time outs could be due to the way your ISP is now routing things, and not something you can change; simply changing IP should not effect your access to the game.

Maybe I didn't used the right terms: it's not a timeout that gets you disconnected or something like that. I just timeout to the "Someone in the game had an invalid cd key" error message. I talked to the ISP and they said it could be due to the fact that the server doesn't recognize the IP class. Not sure if that's possible or it's a complete bs.

No answer from tech support so far. Can someone give me a contact of an ESO server administrator?

I realise the game is quite old, but offering no support at all is kind of embarassing for ES...
