    Subject: Questions about Scenarios

    Right, Ive decided to give scenario design a shot, but I need a little help...

    1. How do I make the AI actually do anything? Even when I set the difficulty to Expert their villies do nothing.
    2. How do I activate certain techs/units? For example, how can I enable the Musketeers as Germans, but not let them use Military Drummers?
    3. How can I edit the shipment decks?
    4. Is there a third party scenario editor which is easier to use? Heard a rumour about this and thought I should investigate.

    Thats about it for now.
