just some basic/dumb questions
is it possible to make a new account without buying another game?
i heard the other day that if you got a certain rank, you wouldbe able to create home cities at a new certain level. for example, that if you were captain(i think) all your home cities would be lvl 100 when you create a new one. is this true?
thanx

Dwarph:For homecities, basically when you create a new one, it will take the level of your highest homecity and the new one will be that level rounded down to the nearest 10. For examply, if I raise my Spain to level 75, when I create a new homecity, it will be level 70, even if the new home city is a different civ. I'm pretty sure if your highest civ is a European civ and you create a new Asian civ, it will take the level of your highest Asian civ instead of your highest European civ, even though your highest Asian civ might be a lower level than your highest European civ.
the Euro/native cities are counted seperated from the asian, for now, i think it'll change soon...

I'm curious about that as well, cause I might be getting TAD sometime This is unrelated but OMG Paragon's almost gotten his 10000th post!

it's just annoying to try Asian as i'd have to use a low level city, while i have lots of level 80 cities. also, another idea(kinda radical, but good one) why aren't HC level completly removed from the game, it is, all HCs start at level 131 and all you need is to build your deck

anihilator78:asian civ hcs should work like all the rest as far as new lvls go. then i would actually play with them.
LOL... Like it's hard to level an indian or japanese HC? they're CERTAIN to max exp in 30 min games, thx to sacred cows and XP shrines. I levelled an indian HC to lv60 in no time, created a chinese and japanese HC and started playing with japanese. Now i have a lv82 japanese HC, a lv63 indian HC and a lv62 chinese HC. And level 60 is pretty much all you need to get all the cards you want, and a fully equipped deck. My highest euro/native HC would force me to get lv100 HCs. And i'd rather not have em that high cause if i made a lot of lv100 towns my total exp would skyrocket and peeps would complain even more about me not being a medium player or newb (i'm 2nd lieut in treaty, private in sup since i've only played 2 sup games so far in TAD)
