Before you say army is strong you must tell what is is supposed to fight.
It is very difficult to tell which army is most effective in general, especially if you don't even know which civ it is supposed to fight.
But this army is probably one of the favorites (Iroquois on Saguenay):
20 light cannon (60 pop)
66 forrest prowlers(66 pop)
44 Cree trackers(0 pop)
66 Huron mantlets (0 pop)
25 Cherokee alies (0 pop): can send by a card infinite times
(+30 tomahavk warriors over population cap (with TC big button technology): but this can be only used one time)
You could also add some other military shipments, but one time shipments are probably not worth the card in late game.
If fully upgraded with all cards+firepit attack dance+Iroquois warchief(cards become more effective), then this army is extremly strong. Especially since native warriors (Cree,Huron) benefit from both Iroquois "all infantry cards" and "native warrior cards". THIS WAY HURON MANTLETS HAVE 855 HIT POINTS, WHILE CREE TRACKERS HAVE 1026!!!
And despite this massive army, you can still have 99 SETTLERS, since native warriors cost no population and Iroquois have 225 population limit (with just temporary switch of firepit dance).
This army would devastate most armies, because it is huge and all units are ranged (very important for huge armies). Probably it would win against anything except 40 cuirrasiers or 50 lancers (considering enemy has maxed settlers).
A person with good tactics can never defeat a person who knows the principles of tactics.
