Germans arent by far.

French have better military, spanish have better military, and so do aztec and iro.

Germany, if come high are average in military.

I am actually going to have to disagree.

Samurai, not matter how much it is debated, are an elite unit and better then most units in general.

Samurai (When fully upgraded) Haver around 80 attack, over 700 hp, and I think over 100 siege (not sure)

Yes Ashis are good too, but mainly as back ups to the Samurai.

I don't think flaming arrows are all they're cracked up to be. 

Best military is still japanese (however standard samurai DO SUCK. just get 2 ashis instead, it's the hatamotos that own).

Best eco are either the chinese or the indians. It depends on how well you protect the excess villagers of china.

Best boomers are british (don't see how they're the best for NR).

Best rushers remain ottos.

Never bothered FFing, so no clue. Nor played DM, not my style. 

In my opinion:

British are the best at booming

Ottos are best at rushing

French are best at FF

French and Russians are best at NR

russians not so much anymore since the sevastpool nerf i think that the french and japs are the best at NR

 Once again, this is the supremacy forum, not all japanese players have the 4 diamyos with them. Especially early game. Let alone the resources to spam that many units.

 And don't underestimate russians in NR. their cheap infantry and strong cavalry still make em strong, and slightly slower forts are still the best FBs possible, especially if you take along 1-2 villagers for artillery foundries and 1-2 blockhouses to shelter in.

i get that but if you closely read the other posts done by blade19 he was talking about treaty and if you closely read the first post it asks what the best civs are in treaty, dm, and sup so before correcting how about you get your s*** straight

you are one stupid noob samurai are one of the best if not the best infantry unit in the game your just ranting on to make you sound smart and for one dutch econ is pretty good allowing them to haev 150 pop army. And yes germanys units are gold heavy but you just have to put more villagers on gold or make settler wagons to make up for the difference by the end of treaty i usaully have 40000 of gold and food and about 20000 wood. If you wanna put your skills to the test my name is blade19 ill play a game against you.

na man....the dutch eco isnt pretty good it sucks. they can only make 50 villis plus the banks which adds up to give them a 90 villis eco while everyone else has a 100 villis eco. and there units SUCK the ruyter is crap, ther skirms are allright with cards but there are waaaaaaaay better i think there halbs are there only allright unit. and since they have a 150 pop army and a weak asssss eco that just means without proper micro your screwed cause your eco cant make up run with the other civs and as for the samurai sucking. they dont but if someone sends cav id much rather use the ashis less pop less cost same thing.HOWEVER with proper cards and improvements your samurais siege can go up to 181 i think

Im not disagreeing with you dutch econ isnt the best but i usally focus alot on gold and have like 1 or 2 plantations since hals are alot of gold and cannons are if you mix those to together it doesnt matter how good you econ is you will be in there base in no time cannons killing infantry and hals killing the calvary they spam for your cannons is a one two punch that is hard to stop.

untote, dutch are (one of) the best booming civ(s). they definitely own ports, germans can pressure them with xbows which will win them the game but dutch will still always outboom germans if the german fails to pressure/harass him enough.

now let me get this straight: late game eco has nothing and i mean NOTHING to do with SUP, if you want to argue about 50 vil ecoes and 150 pop armies, go to the TR forums and have the time of ur life. but on here, all that matters is how fast a civ can grow their economy, and dutch are just one of the best doing that, since they can have a steady skirm spam (slightly less steady after patch however) and still 4 banks at ~7 mins.

for the record, samurais are crap in SUP (again, you treaty noobs must be in the wrong forums), just a weaker version of doppels, and the easiest civ remains ottos.

Personally I say the germans are the best for millitary, dutch for economy, british for NR, spanish for DM and Ottoman for FFA. please tell me your opinions.

^^^^that is the original post he asked us for our opinions  for millitary economy nr dm and ffa so were not wrong for discusing about late game economy the person who started this thread just placed it in the wrong place
