never heard that russia is OP in treaty, I always heard that just french are OP in treaty... But if we talking of DM, Russians are more lame in DM than french are in treaty.

in supremacy this is what i think.
be4 the patch:
China
Dutch
Sioux
Aztecs
otto
now:
india, insane rush i use al the time
Germans, OP economy in early game with ulhans 4 raid
china: disciples still pwn everythig despite a small nerf
aztec: can counter anything in age 2 and pumas insane siege
dutch: still OP bloody banks
no longer in the IA

It would truely be better if this was a true poll. With all the bells and whistles if you know what i mean.
OP
1.)Japan~just because
2.)Germans~stupid settler wagons, great for xbow and pike spamming and can age with ease
3.)China~still strong eco and army(in numbers)
Kinda
4.)India~for its absurd rush, after that they can be dealt with
5.)Dutch~die fast when raided well, yet if the villagers live you lose(depends on the player yet banks are OP.)

1.- Indians
2.- Russians
3.- Japanese
4.- French
5.- Dutches
BTW I think that Ports are not necesary an UP civ, they have a late strong Eco imo, and now their Dragoons and Hussars pwns.
