    considering now you have best cav in game, 3 forts, 2 factores, courier des bois, and a card that sends 10 courier... thats madness..etc etc

    All i got to say to this is ur a noob...

    The ottos are as OP as the ports, and the ports are perfectly balanced. Therefore, the ottos are perfectly balanced. You cant say a civ is OP unless you have played it exstencivly.  

     

    Stong military, but costly

    free settlers, but train slow.

    No train faster cards for jannies

    i THINK ottos vills gather slightly slower, i don't know if its true but i think they might.

    Women are like huricanes, at first there wet and wild, but then they just take your house

    Some would argue that Ports are UP, and Otto defeinately isn't UP     =] 

    Know what's weird? Day by day, nothing seems to change. But pretty soon, everything's different.
