Fellow: I find the Ottoman empire OP because of their endless amount of settlers.
All i got to say to this is ur a noob... The ottos are as OP as the ports, and the ports are perfectly balanced. Therefore, the ottos are perfectly balanced. You cant say a civ is OP unless you have played it exstencivly. Stong military, but costly free settlers, but train slow. No train faster cards for jannies i THINK ottos vills gather slightly slower, i don't know if its true but i think they might.
