@ ES_Paragon
the problem with the ubisoft goldpack is that they sell copies of the game with exact the same cd key
which renders the eso option useless........because basicly the ubisoft goldpack is the same as an illegal copy.........with only difference that you have to pay for it and that ES/ Microsoft have officially licensed its prodution
I got a bit of a ripp off feeling because of this selling miluple cd keys thing issue
you guys always point towards MS support but you know that doesn't help customers very much.........this is what i have done:
I have contacted : A: My retailer...they cannot do anything
B: Ubisoft: they do not even to bother to answer ...i send them 20 emails and ask for support through their support website.......no single answer......I phoned them on there support phonenumber.........it costed me almost 10 euro in total and they simply hung up.......i tried this 3 times
C: Es ...so you.....but the official answer from one of the employees was...we do not support aom anymore
D: Microsoft support: they just send a list of all possible mulirplayer issues with aom ( copied from their knowledge base)........but do not answer on the fact that the ubisoft goldpack has the same cd key....
so you see the support is not very well customer friendly.........basicly it is not working at all
The ubisoft goldpack is now spread widely and basicly all who bought it cannot go on eso at the same time because they have the exact same cd key........and eso will see it as the same copy.......of the game........or in other words its an illegal version sold by Ubisoft and licensenced by ES and Microsoft
Its ashame that the original AoM TT collectors edition is not for sale anymore in the shops overhere so I cannot get a second copy of aom tt to save my original discs
Perhaps you guys should check into this and perhaps you can help me out with this
