    french can age up with 13 if you want a really super fast rush with age up times just over 4 mins (don't try it unless you have experience with the civ first, because it ruins your eco a bit.

    Also on maps with extra crates (carolina) age up with 1 less vill usually. (for russia I would assume age up with 14)
