Start 3 Settler Wagons on the food crates and then take them near a herd of animals and shoot the herd so they run towards your town. Make some villagers. Don’t gather the wood or coin crates with the Settler Wagons, wait for the 1st villager to pop out and have it gather the wood then build a house right away. Set the TC gather point to a dead animal and have only 1 Settler Wagons at that dead animal and the other 2 Settler Wagons at another animal. Make 7 villagers and have them all on hunting. Your 1st shipment should be 2 Settler Wagons. You should have 5 Settler Wagons and 7 villagers on food that’s 17 on food (because Settler Wagons is 2 villagers in one). When you have 800 food age up with the 500 food politician and while on your way ageing, gather another 100 food so you can make men early. Then all Settler Wagons & villagers on wood and have 1 Settler Wagons go near your opponents town and make barracks (preferably on front of a herd of animals so you can have an army protecting your hunters). Then your next shipment has to be Palatine Settlements (raises population), Only have 1 villager queuing from the TC each time as you have more resources that way. Then make crossbows, depending on this (if he aged fast also make 5 pikes ad 10 crossbows, if not make 10 crossbows and 5 pikes. Use your 1st two Ulhans for scouting with your explorer to gather better treasures. Remember only put Settler Wagons & villagers on food and wood until you have enough resources to keep pumping out crossbows and pikes. Your 3rd shipment must be 3 Settler Wagons if your gaining the upper hand, if not then 9 Crossbows or 5 Ulhans. All the next free Ulhans should be looking around the map for dead animals and killing the settlers. While your Pike/Crossbow army keeps on pushing.

Um, I assume you mean build order, and in that case it should be opposite ways round. If he ages fast you should make the xbows first, seeing as he will be more likely to have made some troops by then. Only if he ages slow then pikes should be first, mate.

5 pikes and 10 crossbowmen is exactly the same as 10 crossbowmen and 5 pikes.. Tongue Tied

But yeah, if he ages up quickly, the crossbows will be more important.
