Okay mates, the most embarrassing thing happened to me today. I was playing AoE 3 in a 1vs1, I did a spanish FF and had 2 falcs,  about  10 rodeleros and 5 lancers. I was fighting the enemies army, when my falcs area of effect shots pissed off some treasure guardians. Unfortunately the guardians where 4 grizzly bears that proceeded to attack my falconets. My forces were stretched thin, and I was unable to prevent my falcs from being destroyed (they had been damaged already).

So, my FF attack failed, and I lost the game. Most humiliating thing ever lol, if anyone has a better story post it here. 

once i thought i could take "shortcuts" age up with 6 vills and so on.
I attacked a guy pretty early with about 10 samurais. When my samurais were pwnd, i had no eco to make new units, so he killed my 6 settlers and won.

once i deleted 30 musketeers by accident in a game.

Falconets, sometimes they fail... 

I remember a game where I was German, and I raided and rushed, I sent a falconet from HC and when jannies attacked him, instead of shoot at them, the falconet tried to escape, even it was in the attack position, but finally I won, I made dopples and he made still veteran hussars...
the treasure guardian thing happened to me in a 1vs1... from 5 falcs to 2 (1 very damaged), but finally I won (I am good doing psycological pressure , In water maps, I can be a nightmare.)

One of My most embarrassing defeat was in a NR 30, I was French and we started in nomad. I had an Otto ally that Destroyed his TC! we went very slow, the opponents (Dutch and French) were in a great advantadge, plus I didn't have one of the most useful cards for me, the hot air ballon, and the dutch opponent had... so I ended in 30 minutes with about 40 coureurs and almost no army, just some guard musks, my otto ally was still in fort w/ out resources for advance to industrial. So the dutch came with a 150 pop army at me, lots of ruyters, skirms, some halbs, and about 10 howitzers.... well I ended . But I learnt that even if the enemy seems weak, never subestimate him...


Another bad game was a 3vs3 in carolina whan my two allies (conscript and sarge, lagged out and left. 1st cons. and then the sarge.) then one of the enemies (conscript) left because he was tired of the lag, and when I just had 1 only villie, the mast. sarge that destroyed me lagged out... so I was left vs a otto (conscript, but he had some BOOMbards and lots of jannies) and then I lost....

When is the better games list coming?  

One time i beat the crap out some player, all he had left was a TC a few houses and about 10 villies. I was bored and wanted to mess with him so i pulled back and continued to build up my eco and military. (I have done this before but normally i watch their score to make sure they do not rebound to much before i go back and finish them.) But this time i decided to go downstairs and make a sandwich and watch TV. About thirty mins later i realized  that i had forgotten about  the game that i was playing. Once i got upstairs he had destroyed the three walls surrounding my base both my forts and was in mid battle with what was left of my army. I tried to rebuild my army  but i was not able to pump out units fast enough to stop him from destroying  my  base.  It was GG for me.

i told the enemy it was GG cause my ally was terrible and im not that good also =)

By the time the 40 minutes ended my teammate had 1 bank 8 villagers attacking cows for food and 6 on wood, needless to say the enemy came and killed his entire town with about 11 horse people and 2 cannons

 

so i attacked the middle with a combination of imp redcoats and imp bowman with some cannons,

 at the time i didnt know that skirmisher>musketeer so i kept making lots of muskets, at the middle i almost won but his horses destroyed me, we had a huge fight at my base where i stayed alive for 30 minutes before he got in.  The game ended shortly with my allies base being destroyed cause he had 5 gunman after 30 minutes.

 

The funny part,

I resigned and looked at the ottomans base, he had more villagers and a larger army after 10 minutes than my ally did the entire game!
 

Was scouting with my sioux warchief with low hp when I seen a euro explorer attacked him the area damage hurt one of those 320 xp treasure gaurdians tryed to run away he got killed. I needed my warchief for this strat and he was dead so my strat didnt work, ended up failing without using my wc and I lost the game.

thats y yr elorating rating sucks...u only had 6 settlers....geeeeez wat a noob

hes elo isnt so bad, if we compared your elo and hes elo, it would be practically the same, since we talking of aoe3 vanilla vs TAD...

By a conscript in DM, when I was just a 1st liet, I wont tell story, because still I dont really think someone would read it...

Anyways, if someone would like to read it, then quote me and say it... 

Ok, this wasen't so much an embarrassment, as it was a great and honorabl defet=].

Well, i was playing as Otto's, in a 3v3 match, nr about 30 i think. On my team was a Brit and a Chinese. I was playing against a Dutch, Russian and French.  When the 30 mins were up, i had a full army of jans, and some great bombards. I was playing against a Russian, French and Dutch. The French was Cuirassie spaming, and the Russian Fort hoping, with teh dutch just bringing in what ever he had. My Chinese ally was a noob, and knew nothing. He only had one wall around his base, unfinished, and not up graded, by the 30 mins. I had a flouroshing econ, along w/ my brit ally. The French spamer sends in an army of Cuirassiers toward the Chinese, who are useing some non up dated military of random units. I send my Amry of jans to stop him, and i do just that. But, while this was happening, my brit ally got hamered, and was forced to resign. I was basically left alone, seeing as the Chinese guy was going no where. The French spamed Iroquoi units, and Cuirs, and i was able to hold them all off useing only about 50 or so Jans and some 6 Great bombards. When the Dutch and Russian arrived, after destorying the Brit, i was still able to hold them off, but this time, i was only feilding hussars, and cavelry archers. This worked very well for me, as they were being quickly produced, but i couldn't hold on for long. The Russians broke through my 3 layered wall from behind, and started to advance on my econ w/ halberdiers. I pulled all my viligers back (stupid move) and pulled back my army from holding against the other to players. There was ferse fighting for 10 mins inside my base, I lost all my military buildings during it, as the Russians went around, and attacked from behind. So i rebuilt some stables, and made 50 hussers. I still had enough food stockpiled to make another 30 or so. Theses 50 hussers were about to ride against many French dragoons and dutch halb. And suprisenly, they won, and bet them all. But they could not handle the Russians. All of my units were killed, and I had no more reasources. I was like Hitler near the end of World War 2. So, i left, but stayed to watch the easy picnik the Enemy took on teh Chinese's base. They went down in 5 mins tops. And that was my defeat. But it was nice to see Hussars charge across the field into the Dragoons and Halbr, and Win.
