i dont play as brit but its like 16 vill age up or something with 3 vill age up card, send 700 wood in age 2, make lbs/houses etc.

not sure if its 16 vill or what, or if it varies with starting res.

     Basic British strat.

17 or 18 vill age up with appropriate politician (500f or outpost and 200g)

All vils on wood during age up, maybe leave 4 or 5 on wood.

Build a market, manors whenever you can.

Make sure to build a barracks ASAP in Colonial.

    Ship 700 wood- Build Manors

    Ship 600 wood- Repeat

    Ship 5 Villagers

You want to age up with something like 17 villies at minimum.

During ageup, move at least 11 or 12 villies to wood. Try to build two manors during ageup if you can. However keep in mind that you need to have the 200 wood required for a barracks the second you hit age 2. Also you need to have moved at least 2 woodcutters to the centre of the map in order to be able to build a fb. I usually go with the 1 tower and 200g politician.

1st shipment, I usually send the lbows, + I make 10 lbows, then attack. If you find out that ur enemy has cav you want to mke some pikes. Like 6 LB (HC)+5 LB (barracks)+5 pikes (barracks).

If your rush is sucesful, you want to send the wood from ur HC in order to be able to boom, if not succesful, send the musks.

Make villies, build manors. British's advantage is her economy, also in no rules games.

I personally like to task all villies on food and when i have 800, i age up and task all but six to wood

that way you can have a slow stream of villies from the TC while you boom with manors. this works well in no rush games

I often age up in about 5mins with 22 villies (3 from shipment, 5 from manors, so thats 14 created) and then just send 700 wood and manor boom and defend until either they rush me and loose or my score is significantly higher than theirs. I dont really send 600 wood that much, as by the time I get to send it (about 8 mins I think), already have something like 15 manors up under this pretence and 20 wood gathers with gang saw (possibly log flume if I started with a lot of coin or got a coin treasure) so by the time it would be sent Id just have enough wood already. 5 villies is more useful here, same profit but doesnt cost 675 wood. Then I get more on food and spam longbows or musks whilst keeping a villie queued all of the time.

Why is it that whenever someone decides to run for president, everyone suddenly thinks hes rubbish? Crying

And... what if you get rushed?

I would focus a little bit more on military, if you look at experts they get military and when they feel its safe they start to manor boom, and the trick is to attack a brit just after he starts manor booming because his military will be too small.

    Basic LB + Pike strat:

Discovery= 3 vill card, 16 (number may vary on manors) vill age up, 500 food politician

Transition = 3 vills on food, rest on wood, make manors

Colonial = collect food, send 700 wood, make a barracks with the vills on wood, after barracks allocate vills to 40% food 60% wood, 3rd card is your choice, allocate vills once your 500 food from age up is used to 60% food 40% wood, keep up vill and manor production, put atleast 5 vills on gold if aging is necessary

You age up time is too slow, not a good idea.

There is a Brit rush strat call the black night watch. Basicly you put up a trading post early on in the game and you send the two Frontier Post card and put them as close to your enmys base as posibale. You going to spam Lbs so you can save your gold to send the mercenary card the black night watch and gave the shipment recived at one of your frontier posts. As soon as you get your shipment in go.

The accual build order of this strat is at agesancuary.com look under brits and its called the black night watch or somthing similar to that.
