that old coot was morgan black?

of course it loooked like him, he obviously drank out of the fountain of youth. i think it puts a good end on the campaign mode .also when he says "you defeated the circle in 1 lifetime....."
its funny cuz it takes a couple of seconds before you realise its him. the scottish accent gave it away for me

The first time the old coot spoke,I knew it was him.

but morgan did not drink out of the fountain. maybe he just lived a long life like that woman thats 126 years old. but some one should make a continuing campane and amelia finds out the old coot is her grandfather that would be kinda cool hey?i mean cause ive past aoe3 like 13 freakin times and ive played all of the scenarios and downloaded a whole bunch and i played them all to i whant something new around here people!!!

Morgan did drink the fountain of youth's water...he drank it at the end of act1 when the good graphic movie played....I think it would be cool if Amelia did find out the old coot was Morgan too.

Yeah, I think the Old Coot is Morgan Black. At the end of Act I in that cinematic, Microsoft suggests that he filled his empty canteen from the Lake of the Moon, where the Fountain of Youth was located. Also, Morgan Black had a heavy Scottish accent, a specific list of vocabulary used, and the like. Therefore, I conclude that Morgan Black became slightly immortal after drinking water from the Lake of the Moon, and has been watching Amelia Black complete her quest of destroy the Circle of Ossus. Also, I would like to add that during the credits, in the last cinematic, the Old Coot said, "So, you destroyed the circle, and in one lifetime, too" in words similar to those. This implies that he has a decent amount of knowledge of the Circle of Ossus and thus had to have had some encounter or other with them in the past. Also, Amelia's reaction and Morgan's denial of what he had just said at the very end of the cinematic by saying, "Don't miss your train" also says that the Old Coot is most likely Morgan Black.
