AOE3 Forums

Hello,

I played AOE3 campaign with nice high quality graphics, but when I installed WarChiefs expansion, the quality went medium or even low, the picture is not nice. In options menu all options set to high as it was in AOE3, but the graphics is bad. I tried to remove configuration files from my documents, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

I reinstalled the game but it didn't helped

If changing the in game graphics options does not alter look of TWC you may want to check to see if your video card control panel has specific program options. 

For example; on my nvidia card control panel it can be configured to uses different driver options for different programs.  If somehow the options for age3x.exe  (TWC execuatable) were set to something different than the age3.exe options then the games would look different when they load up.
