    Strelets own anything except hussars, then they can just out-eco you and spam map control/musks.

    i know they do, but when you say "strelets own anything" that just makes me laugh

    i just wouldnt play dm, its kinda lame, but heres what you do:

    [the best thing to do is just spam lot of artilry like 10 falcs or horse artillery with 5 colvrine just in case and the rest of pop in ruyters and never never use pikeman in Dm its totaly uselesss except maybe the spain pike but still use halbs instead and dont forget ur bank 6 bank 2 factory = huge econ  and take map control with tower if u dont have map control u will lost cuz if they castle up and spam oprech to kill fact or bank ur kinda dead]

    1st off.. making ruyters only + cannons , will make fun of u especially Vs russians  all what he will do is make 10 culverines,  get ur cannons , then spam spam strelets + oprichniks , trust me ur eco will be stuck , it won't go up , cuz dutch eco is not very good , ing  a long game , and for ur information , u can make 8 banks using the church card , not just 6 o_O

     

    Vs russians , all what i do , is take sides with stables , boom eco make skirm + anti and lakota+ruyters and gg.. it goes by itself its easy ^^ 

    the best defense is offense...join DFBi clan the 14 th clan in dm for information contact slim94 the leader or me mamak

    Yes..DM's not for noobs...spamming one unit - certain death.

     Best idea is not to have a concrete army, adjust as the game changes. Dutch should have more control because they have 1.5x the army so that mass of troops should make up for some econ, it takes a while to kill that many troops...but if they keep countering you your econ can't hold up as long as a regular economy.

    well, you'll need to spam units really fast, since after barely 3 mins into the game, russians will be able to build forts, barracks, and units almost instantly. make a heavy defense your first priority, then a good economy.

    on tad i think u should approach this matchup (as the dutch) as if u were facing a fast cav/cannon rush. culv/tower/skirm fast, defend, and try to secure your side of the map. then you could push out and claim the map, and have a shot at winning. i wouldnt play dm on tad tho its horribly unbalanced. play on nilla, where it beomces "how to defeat the dutch as russian" ;p
