Go here and file your complaint with Microsoft about how RE has horrible customer service.

Make sure you have your product code...located on your box.

=) another brown nosed meddler from this forum of childish noobs who suck playing the game and try to compensate that by making thousands of boring uninspired stupid noob-posts - and who think the more stupid bull**** they post the smarter they get and the more right they have to patronize other people.

as if more rubbish makes it smarter rubbish...

it´s ok if you guys feel great while you bore each other to death with your mediocre insights, but plz just stay away when ppl have a serious request and want a serious answer - not another wonk-post from a dim teenager who feels assigned to comment everything with his pointless attempts to be clever.

i think this is serious enough, i only play this game for fun i dont care for people who cheat its only a game and the people who do cheat well they are only defeating themselves!

but when i a completely fair honest player gets banned for no reason then i think we have a right to complain

i think they should really look at how they find cheats because obviously there doing something wrong!

at any rate, my real problem is these people who insist on complaining about everything WRONG RE is doing, and not about the thankful job that the site is still running, and in a format better than aoe2's server(which kicked me before i could even join a game, argh...), a format that suits me. beggars can't be choosers, and if you are a "chooser", then don't play the game. it's annoying IMHO.
