    Subject: Password Resets and Robot Turn Around Times
    I have now been trying to get my Password reset for over 8 days, I have had 1 reply from robot and now again "silence", what are the service levels for Robot support?, I have not been able to play now for over a week on mulitplayer and every time I write or request a password reset ----- nothing!!!!. no replies , no help!!! no support - can anyone advise??? before i go back to COD 5.

    Hi thanks but dont you need your password to use the EOS Acount Management Tool? I had forgotten my PW and needed it resetting, and I am still waiting 8 days later for a new password please correct me if im wrong?

    you don't need your password for the eso acount tool, you don't even need your eso nickname lol, if you forgot that also^^ there's also the secret question that you set which will send your pw to your e-mail

    the ESO Account tool is very nice tbh, i suggest always using it before oyu directly write to robot

    Thats kind of wrong.

     

    To answer your secret question you need your username. 

     

    RE doesn't reply to emails over the weekends.  I still am waiting for a reply since 2 months ago and keep sending it from other emails host and no reply.  To me I don't think they check their email or it gets trashed ASAP>

    well yes, you need to know at least two things to be able to use the eso account tool, i just made some examples.

    they do check their e-mails of course, some people are just unlucky or have written unclear e-mails

    i don't wanna know how many e-mails they get a day^^

    Well I have been e mailing them now for 2 weeks, this sucks!!!!!!

     have constantly requested a password re set but never get a response, they did respond once asking for the product ID which I sent, and then nothing nothing nothing!!!

     

    I have also used the ESO account tool as I know my user name and my secret question, it says an e mail with a new PW will be sent to my address and then nothin nothin nothing!!!! just in 1 big loop with no progress

    i will go ahead and foward these posts to Microsoft Customer support. Ultimately they own this...they  probably would like to know how their product is being managed.

    If you're not getting any reply at all, make sure you're sending it to the correct email address.

    Wow I tried contacting Microsoft about this problem that no emails are getting to RE.  They said that they can give a free copy of Aoe3 that will help fix the problem.  To me this means they don't care about getting my old account back.

    Well an interesting turn of events - what Aloysius states above is correct there appears to be 2 or 3 adresses but very similar, when you get a response from AOE3 ( yes I finally did) their e mail address differs from the one that Aloysius states as it has capital letters in it.

     If you use all lower case as per Aloysius they responded immediately, - hmmmmm however they said that have sent me a passowrd reset \0/ yeehahh -.............. DOH!!!! I never received one - OMG what is this!!! It would appear the problem is with their password reset e mails??

    So the correct email is age3support@robotentertainment.com or

    Age3Support@RobotEntertainment.com  if its the lower case one well then I have got crap back.

    Maybe they just haven't responded?

    My reply email to support used lower case letters but has not been reponded to.
