    Hello,
    My name is Cedric I 17 and I will contact you for a reason m'enpeche to play online.
    I am a former player I played for 1 and a half years since and can for about 2 weeks I buy a new computer on the internet during this time everything is normal.
    Installing Age of Empires 3 while walking
    I did the update network
    Then when I want to play online sela me mark off on the account name:
    lord_champignon.
    I reinstalled but nothing has been what is the?
    I'm certain my information says that the seller of the computer it was done and banish it could not play online on your computer is real?
    If so what can I do to play online because I do not want to play for fun and I can not.
    Could you help me please?

    Each CD can only make one account. If you are an old player who has come back you cannot make a new account. you have to use your old account.

    Y have send an é-mail to age3support@robotentertainment but nobody answer me and y always can't go to play online it is write disabled account.
