Hi, I sent an e-mail to age3support@robotentertainment.com as the one I will write under this message to get my account back (but with the full info of my account), I write it here too because I would like to get my account as soon as possible and maybe here an ESO member will see it faster. Sorry for wasting your time.
The e-mail says:
Hello, before to read it, I want to excuse my bad english, but it's the best I can write.
I write this e-mail to you because I want to get get my ESO account back as fast as possible, my nick is "Crakito", and I played online in 2006, too many time ago. Someday I realized I had not time enough to play computer games, so I got inactive. The guy that always played with me 2v2 in ESO asked me if he could use my account while I was inactive and I agreed. This morning, I decided to play again in ESO, but when I tryed to join in my account it says "[103] Account disabled", I have no idea of what happens because I didn't ever cheat when I played the game online, I don't know what did that guy do with my account and probably I shouldn't ever have given it to him... but now I want to play again and I can't join because my account has been disabled.
Please, I am a correct player and I won't do anything else than play, I just want to get back my account. Here I give the info of my account:

Secret question: (info in the e-mail)
Secret answer: (info in the e-mail)
Thanks for reading, and I hope you bring me my account back as soon as posible, I have learnt the lesson and I won't give my account to anyone else.

You are wrong man. Yes, it was my responsability, I said it in my first post, but ESO says clearly that if a "cheater" (I don't think I am a cheater, I always make fair-play, I just had a mistake sharing my account) has stopped cheating they will see the situation and mind if they must unbann the account.
I really want to play AoE 3 again, but not everybody has money to buy a new CD... so I think they will give me my account back to play on ESO, if they don't well... one player less. But if they dont unbann accounts for things like this I think ESO will be empty in a few months.
PD: Aloysius, I sent you my info by PM, I am waiting your answer. I dont want to waste your time, but as I told you I want to play again as soon as posible.
