This strat is kinda good at killing cannons also. I was walking my army to an aztec guys base before, then I look and see all these little footprints on the ground and my army was breaking up. Before I knew what was going on about 30 scouts popped out of nowhere and punched all my great bombards to death before I could stop them.

I disagree. Coyotes are not better. Let's look at the stats. Advanced scouts: 180 hit points, 15 attack 90 wood Coyote runner: 150 hit points, 18 attack 85 food and 25 wood Although, coyotes are faster than scouts, scouts have invisibility. Also, scouts arent treated as cavalry so pikemen barely scratch them.
Death will take you without a care for circumstance or timing; live life to the fullest without fear of death, or need to know why it chooses who it does - otherwise you are already dead.

Whoa, double post ; anyway, youre right they have more hp but they have a lower attack the only reason i said coyotes is because they can hit/run Edit: This strat wont work vs other native civs because they usually have explorers in their army (sees stealth) this is mainly vs european civs

I usually have my explorer somewhere nearby my army to explore around the enemy TC while I'm attacking it, they can see stealth as well. And can't spies/assassins see stealth too? I really don't see the point, maybe with forest prowlers, but I don't know...

Obviously this strat only works in age two as scouts dont have upgrades. so the only unit able to see it is explorer/war chief/ monk or spies and TC. lol therefore ur telling me that u train spies in age 2 to see scouts... WTF. ur opponent obviously wont sneak up to ur army if u've got a hero in it. they'll just run straight into ur army and puch the daylights out of ur men and they'll be like... WTF is this. the only weakness with scouts is artillery. but thats an age 3 unit so u dont have to worry unless u r training scouts in age 3. scouts arent cavalry unlike coyotes so pikemen get pwned and they do fine against cav as well. maybe scouts arnt that good against HI. but they are still fine to mix in ur army with. i have been doing a scout/macehaulin and a few pumas combo with aztec and it works very well.

Of course this strat only works in age two. Since scouts have no true counters in age 2 , the point is, spam this unit and it's gg. Lol if I scout ur base and I see no rax or stables, I'll just spam pumas and it's gg. That's the point of scouts invisibility mode.
