    Maybe Russians, since they got +1 food crate at the start (and they were quite good before).

    Because the fanpatch makes all civs balanced enough so that you cannot identify the "best civs".  The whole point of the FP was to eliminate the idea of OP civs dominating competition.  So the answer to the question is "yes" because each civ is deserving of the same ranking in prowess.

    yeah Iamnotgrunt is right, there isn't really a civ who's totally dominating or something. Though Russia seems pretty strong, and maybe India is still pretty good, but there's really no OP civ or something.

    The BEST civ on FP is the civ that fits YOUR play style best. so at a basic if you like to Turtle and boom then Ports would be a good option for you but Russia not so much. this doesn't make Russia worse as a civ just worse for you as a civ.

    For the fp the most relevant thing for a civ being good is the MU. If the MU is in the facor of  your civ, than your civ is good, but if not it is bad, so how good your civ is differs from MU to MU.

    Hahaha yeah his already done like 4. His got the wand of life!!  :P

    It is very balanced FP, but my favorite civ to use in it is Russia. They got a bit more of an edge, but then schooners was heavily nerfed   :(
