every civs best card
so this is for treaty, i was thinking, what is the best card (or set of related cards) for every civ in treaty, i just did a the euro civs, maybe will do expansion packs depending on how much flame this gets. feel free to agree, disagree, or flame. lol British- Gotta be the cow cards, their cow boom is insane French- the cheape/insta gendrame card. OP OP OP OP (or if on andes, probably all the natives cards, theyre insane) Germans- the card that makes them train settler wagons from mills. Spanish- not really sure i don't play them much, but i gotta say probably missionary aura? everyone says they suck without it Russia- instant infantry cards Portugal- portugal doesn't really have one amazing card, so this is a tossup, i'm going to go with all the gunpowder infantry cards since a good cass/musk combo is epic. Dutch- Tulip Speculation/more bank cards (dutch drain so fast without all the extra banks from cards/advanced church) Ottomans- this ones hard, since i never play ottos in treaty. but i think battlefield construction. i mean its so easy to take map control with jannisaries building stuff all over the place
ozn: I guess the only way Brit can beat German is they have Americans helping them.

Spanish - Missionary Aura Ports - Range finding
Ottomans - this is hard to say, Battle field construction cant be exploited to its full potential without wood trade. Either its that or Artillery cards. France - fur trade would def be better than gend card. dutch/ger/british/russia are pretty obvious Aztec: erk range Sioux: teepee cards Iro: fur trade Japan - diamos cards india - fur trade or lesser pop elephants
china: Old han reforms or age 3 train card. (i might get flamed for that)

Portugal- long range mortar... for sure. Its the biggest advantage of port.
Dutch- church card and 4 era bank %
Ottomans- battlefield construction. Oto without furtrade u still can build if have wood... but if u trade and cant build with janis, its useless.
India - battlefield construction... same reason of oto
japan - daimio
china - han reform
iro- furtrade
sioux - tent aura
astec - team wood card

French is obviously the fur trade card, which far outweighs being able to train gendarmes faster and cheaper. Ports is the mortar card that allows them to fire about half the damn map The spanish missionary aura is a good one but i think its on tie with increasing multiplier of lancers against inf. For Russia I know this will sound stupid, but I reckon being able to build forts everywhere is just as good. Having map domination is better than being able to spam out units. Less experienced players(lvl 20 or under), seem to often spam out all of one unit in an attempt to save a blockhouse or fort, making it easy to counter. Also when before when not paying enough attention I have filled my pop training units from one blockhouse by not watching my pop counter while training the units.

no flame? lol well i guess i'll do expansion packs for treaty Iroqouis- cow boom or fur trade. actually both, thats an op combo sioux- my sioux treaty deck is literally called why are you noobashing? lol sioux are irrelevant in treaty. but if i had to pick i guess i'd say the all the tepee cards, tepee+warchief aura is amazing aztec probably all their unique farm/plantation gathering cards, i think i have seen that aztecs have best farm gather rate of all civs? is that true? japan - shogun tokoguwa. sneak him into enemies base train 10 mortars receive 15 ronin. gg china - china has good cow boom as well. very convenient also since they can just use their houses. india. i flat out suck with india, but i'll take a guess. i'm going to say their set of elephant cards. because elephants are almost unusable without the pop card

i would assume you are referring to economic theory? i think he meant cards that are unique. otherwise factories would be in here
