I'd seriously doubt that because I can remember that I calculated this 3 years ago or sth and found out that their attack per pop is equal to that of falcs. They have more speed though.

It never came to mind that horse art have a multiplier vs light inf, so I suppose if you're going to make art vs aztecs, horse cannons are the way to go.

but if someone is going erk +coyote mostly(most of the cases) than thatz multiplier will be gone , they dont have infantry tag 

horse art have multiplier vs infantry only , not light inf

still horse art is better than organ , organ has negative multiplier 

btw if port is vs some german who is spaming dopple or japan who spam hatamoto , again than should i use organ or shift to horse artilary ? , i have prob to stop them with organ , organ dont kill any of them in one shot (cycle)

Well:

Hosreart: 218 dmg/6 pop=36.3 dmg/pop

Falc: 175 dmg/5 pop=35 dmg/pop

 So horseart does slightly more dmg/pop than falcs AND are faster, so they should be used unless you are Port (though I think falcs look better than horseart).

All inf including light have the basic infantry tag which cannons have a multiplier of.

I think the whole damage per pop thing is irrelevant (when comparing falc/horse). A cannon can only shoot so fast, so unless you're making over 5 cannons at a time would a falc really be able to compete with a horse art. I hope that makes sense.
