Actually you don't, and you don't need axes either. These things will ensure that you drain. Wakina will deal with any small amount of cav. And like I said if they're making large amounts of cav then you just make 5-10 RR, also if they're making large amounts of cav they fail.

Also I forgot to add that RR are more ideal for dealing with artillery that you cant reach, don't have your explorer, or are very vulnerable.

You really need axe riders with sioux for siege in my opnion. In combination with siege dance they can destroy buildings pretty fast.

Why would you only use 74 percent of your villagers? Sioux eco is slow it would be way more tactical for you make all 99 villagers and have them gathering resources

yeah i was just putting it out there that alot of russian spammers just die vs sioux in a team game lol cuz strelets cant do anything against RR cuz of wakina and cav archers suck against other ranegd cav and they also get owned by wakina so in a heads up fight sioux rapes russia so hard core

cav archer dont suck vs other ranged cav , once metis did testing in scenario editor and found that cav archer beat dragoons easily , but if u are saying cav archer vs rr (with tepee) , than its tough to tell , rr are way expensive than cav archer (much more in tern of vs as sioux gold gathering is crap) and cav archer has bonus vs rr , without tepee cav archer will beat rr very cost effectively

Actually sioux are excellent hunters. With an extra age 2 hunting card and the wise woman age up, they gather from herds very fast. The problem is that they have only one mill card and 0 plantation cards. That is one of the reasons i have always though sioux should have an infinite bison shipment. The wise woman going to age 5 gives you a 40% bonus to hunting. Im not sure, so correct me if im wrong, but i think they have the fastest or one of the fastest gathering speeds from hunts with all cards. 

main prob with sioux eco is they are gathering with only 74 villi , in compare to 99-119 of other civs , and natives plantation upgrade tech  are crap with no platation card sioux golg gathering is worst , sioux food gathering is not so bad
