India boom using Good Faith Agreements as first card. Please note the game was a competitive game so I did gather 2-3 OPish treasures. And the game was played on Orinoco so fur trade wasn't sent until late and may not be an accurate example. Sending this as a first card is a good alternative to wood trickle if you don't like it, or don't have enough room in your deck. It is also superior to using a 20% wood card. Even though this boom was done on Orinoco NR 55, I use it on every map. The general booming in this rec might be poor in some departments because it was played at about 3 am.

Also the battle might be worth a watch, it lasted over 2 hours. India vs Germans.

EDIT: Also the battle will show me using siege eles in a culv war and constant use of consulate armies.

what does that card do exactly?

Lets you get out the 4 vills from otto consulate during age 2 transition (180 export) instead of age 3 transition (300 export), also lets you get one of the 500 res crates from france consulate sometime during age 3 for 180 export. In addition, you can get British brigade shipment and france brigade shipment for your start army if you like since they only cost 2k export each now, it only leaves you with 30 extra pop for sepoy, gurkha or siege eles. Its just something I like to do.

im trying to use this card... not as first but lately.  Just to give a use to the export

Yr 20% wood card is good card but wood tickle is better one's as you need early eco boon and that's where you lack and if you play 10/10 game then you are gone without wood tickle as you need villagers to boom :D

I actually got someone posting on my treaty India game thread about a 10/10 rush, something that takes less skill than TR.

Why he didnt use more uhlans  is beyond rational. If you spam war wagons like that at least try to hide the artillery in them.  Making culv is absolutly useless vs india too.

Pure skirm, uhlan, falconets should beat india all day long. He kept using too much pop in horse art and war wagons. He could have easily drained india if patience was used.

In his defense though, of all the civs, india has best shot beating germany because artillery trains so slow.

Maybe he was out classed?

Well I agree with the fact that he should have made more Uhlans.

However I disagree with making Falcs over horse artillery.

It's easy to say he could have played different, of course if he did, I would have changed up my game play too.

I don't like it. I hardly use the consulate at all with india except in boom and for the passive. So personally I wouldn't use it. I'd prefer to send 20%. but then again, how much does it affect boom? (cbf watching). Seems like a lot.

I think its a good boom option if you use the card after 40, and its better than 20% during boom. Also if you don't like wood trickle or dont have room for it. It does make a smoother boom imo. Also makes a pretty fast industrial and imperial.

you can get your 4 vils in age 2 without the card if you put the export-rate on +60% (?) for some minutes. btw if you play with the card you should send it as 2nd card, not as first one...

but if you dont want to run with india all the time you should play with cannons from the consulate anyway because the consulate armees spawn i think 50% faster. and you definitely SHOULD play with cannons because its free armee and your oponnent doesnt expect it!
